Mobile Check Capture

You don't have to wait for your techs to come by the office to deliver customer checks anymore, or for that check to arrive in the mail. Deposit checks directly into Kickserv from the mobile application. It's simple and eliminates the opportunity for checks to get damaged or lost.

Follow these simple steps:

1. From the mobile application, search for the Job

2. Go to Payments

   

3. Tap on Scan Check

4. You must tap Agree to the terms in order to continue

   

5. Enter the total in the Amount field
6. Enter a Description

7. Scan the Front and Back of the check using your phone's camera

   

8. Tap Done

That's it, your check is now processing and the customer's invoice will show as paid. You can still apply partial payments or full invoice totals.
