"How do I cancel my account?"
Q: Unfortunately, I need to cancel my account. How do I accomplish this?
A: While we're sad to see you go, we will always make cancelling your account an easy process.
Remember, you can switch to the Free plan at anytime and keep all your data. This options works great if you ever decide to return or need to reference this information at a later date. If you do choose to cancel instead, all your account information (including Customer and Job records) will be permanently deleted.
To cancel your account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Settings —> Account & Billing under Company Settings.
- Select the Cancel tab at the top of the page.
- You'll be prompted to choose between the Change to free plan button and the Continue with the cancellation button.
Note: Only the account owner has the option to cancel the account.
