How Kickserv Kickback Works
Flex Users
- Kickserv Flex users need to process a minimum of $2,500 per month in online payments.
- If you meet this minimum, your monthly subscription cost will be waived for the qualifying month.
Lite, Standard, Business and Premium Users
- Kickserv Lite, Standard, Business and Premium users save 5% off their monthly subscriptions by processing a minimum in online payments.
- Lite minimum processing volume $1,000
- Standard minimum processing volume $2,000
- Business minimum processing volume $3,000
- Premium minimum processing volume $5,000
- For annual plans, the monthly minimum is multiplied by 12

The dashboard displays:
- Your current processed amount
- The amount you need to process to qualify for Kickback
- The remaining time in the current qualifying period
All credit card, Klarna and ACH payments will apply towards your minimum to qualify.

Is Kickserv Kickback available to all users?
Yes. As long as the account is active, it is eligible for Kickserv Kickback.
Does Kickback apply automatically, or do I need to claim it?
Kickback is applied automatically to your account when you meet the minimum processing volume. You don't need to take any additional steps to claim it.
What currency is the quota based on?
The quota is based in USD and will be converted to other currencies on start of next quota cycle. Due to market fluctuation, non-US accounts may have slight variations in their monthly quotas.
Where can I view my current processing volume?
Your current processing volume is posted on the new dashboard. The dashboard will show how much you have processed as well as how much you need to process to qualify for Kickback in the current period.
What happens if I don't meet the minimum one month?
If you don't meet the minimum in a given month, you'll be charged the regular subscription fee for that month. However, you'll have a fresh opportunity to qualify for Kickback in the following month!
Can I combine processing volumes from multiple months to qualify?
No, the processing volume is calculated on a month-by-month basis. Each month stands alone for qualification purposes.
What types of payments count towards the Kickback minimum?
All credit card, Klarna and ACH payments processed through your Kickserv account count towards the minimum. This includes payments for invoices, estimates, and any other transactions processed through the platform.
