If you are in any of the calendar views and you are wondering why you can't see an event, it's probably because the default time range of the calendar is from 6 am to 6 pm in your time zone and your event is out of this time frame. But worry not, you can easily change it.

The only thing you need to do is go to:

Planner > Select the calendar view (Calendar, Dispatch or Resources) > Click on the little clock icon at the top left besides the Day, Week or Month options and change it to your desired time range.

Note: The time ranges of the 3 calendar views function separately. If you modify one, the other two will stay the same unless you modify them too.
