We understand that a contact or business location may require additional points of contacts. Whether it's multiple emails for a single contact or different individuals, Kickserv can help. 

  • First start by selecting the contact with the additional contact information you'd like to add. This will bring you to the contact record. Once within the contact record, proceed to select the Locations/Contact's tab.
  • Then you'll want to select Additional Contacts
  • Here is where you'll want to add any additional emails for the contact record, or different individuals that may be other points of contact for this location/ customer. You can even set a Primary Contact.
  • Once saved, all additional contacts will be listed among this contact record.
