You can track your time-off requests from any of the calendar views. The easiest would be to choose the Kickserv calendar and the day you want off. You will then see a pop up asking you what type of event you would like to add. Select Time-off, assign it to the correct employee, select the date/time range, and then click Add Event. Your Calendar, Dispatch, and Resource pages will now display a time-off event for that employee, marked by an airplane icon.
