When you send an estimate or an invoice to one of your customers you can choose between using a predetermined template or you can personalize it before sending it.
To set your predetermined template go to Settings > Messaging templates > Estimate email or Invoice email
Now, when you are about to send an estimate or invoice, the predetermined info you wrote in the template will appear, but you will be able to change it or modify it if you want to customize it with more details for that specific customer.
This shows all the information previously set up in the template, but a more personal message was added for this customer.
Remember that when sending an estimate you can choose between sending a detailed or a summary view. To know more about this, click on the link.
For the invoice, it works exactly the same.
