The step when finishing a job is to generate the invoice for your customer.

When the tech clicks in View invoice inside the job already marked as completed, they will have some options before sending it to the customer:

  • They can add more charges
  • Take the payment by credit card or by other methods
  • Add any notes and terms to the invoice
  • Collect a signature

Before sending the invoice, your tech can see a preview of it.

If the customer pays right away, mark the invoice as paid and send it to his email.
