When integrating with Quickbooks online, if your browser does not display the button to "Connect to Quickbooks Online", there is an alternative method to integrate your Quickbooks online with Kickserv.

Step 1: Make sure you are both an administrator in Kickserv as well as within your Quickbooks online account.

Step 2: With Kickserv open, open a new tab and log into your Quickbooks Online Account

Step 3: Within Quickbooks Online, select Apps located in the navigation bar on the left.

Step 4: Under Find Apps, proceed to search for Kickserv within the search field, and select Kickserv Field Service Software from the drop down list.

Step 5: Select Get App Now

Step 6: If this is your first time integrating with Quickbooks online, you will receive a prompt asking if you authorize the integration between Kickserv and Quickbooks. If you are reintegrating due to an authorization failure, your Kickserv account will open in another window.

Congratulations, you have now successfully integrated / reintegrated with Quickbooks online.
