We know that your customers expect you to provide details about the work you provide and that’s why we give you a way to provide not only notes but photos or other documents.

  1. Open an existing job (or create a new one)
  2. Scroll down to the Notes section and select the “Add a Note” button.

3. Type your notes in the field and select, “Add Note”. If you’d like to share the note with the customer, just check the box.  If you do not check this box the note will be internal only.

4. If you’d also like to add attachments, scroll to the Attachments section and select “Attach File.”

5. Then select “choose a File”.  From you can select any file on your device.

That’s it! Now when you generate an invoice all your notes and files will be included.
