One of the first things you'll want to do with your new Kickserv account is to put your business logo on it. There are a couple of things to keep in mind when adding or changing a logo. We'll go over them here.

Adding a logo

  1. First, in order for your logo to display nicely on the page and be legible, you don't want it to be too wide or too tall. The closer to square your image file is, the better. Need to adjust it? Use an image editing tool on your computer. If you don't have one handy, PicResize (not affiliated with Kickserv or ReachLocal) is a free, web-based tool that's easy to use.
  2. Your logo file should be in GIF, JPG, or PNG format.
  3. In your Kickserv account, click Settings and then Company Logo.
  4. Click Choose a new logo file and browse to the desired file on your computer. The image filename should appear on the page.
  5. Click Update settings and enjoy your branded Kickserv account.

Changing your logo

  1. If you need to change your logo, click Settings and then Company Logo in your Kickserv account.
  2. Click Choose a new logo file and browse to the desired file on your computer. The image filename should appear on the page.
  3. To make sure that the new logo appears right away on your computer, take a moment to clear your browser cache. Every browser does this a little differently, For Chrome, you'll want to click the main menu and select Clear Browsing Data... and then check only Cached images and files. This web page has instructions for all major browsers.
  4. Click Update settings.
