This above message is more of a warning than an error.  It is pretty easy to correct.  Here are the steps:

  1. Log into your Quickbooks
  2. Click on Lists in the task bar at the top of your account
  3. Click on Customer & Vendor Profile Lists
  4. then Payment Method List
  5. and add a new credit card payment and call it "Credit Card (Online)".

Done and done!
