Sales Tax Update

Following the Supreme Court's decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair Inc. states' rights to collect sales tax for products and services was affirmed.

Kickserv is now required to collect sales tax in the following states:

• Arizona
• Ohio
• New York
• Tennessee

If you are in one of these states, you'll see a separate line item for sales tax on your next invoice.
