Signatures on the mobile app

Now, the mobile app allows you to collect a live signature at every step of the process.

Following the customer flow line, these are the 3 points where you can collect a signature:

• When you are with a customer and they approve an estimate.

  > Opportunity View estimate Signatures "+" Fill out the "reason for signature" and the signature.

   

• When you open a Work Order and show it to the customer.

  > Job View Work Order Signatures "+" Fill out the "reason for signature" and the signature.

   

• When you finish the job and the client pays.

  > Job View Invoice Signatures "+" Fill out the "reason for signature" and the signature.
