Kickserv app cannot operate offline

Kickserv is a central database stored in the cloud that, without an internet connection, you won't be able to reach. For this reason, if you are in a remote location, you may have to think of other means or tools to collect all the information you would normally enter in the app.

So, we want to give you a few ideas for when this situation happens:

• Plan your day if you know you are going to be out of cell range.

• Take screenshots of your appointments for the day, so you know what jobs you are performing and the addresses of the customers.

• Check your jobs to see if any of them have a special note or reminder, such as "The bell of this customer's house doesn't work...".

• Save the phone numbers of the customers you'll visit in case you need to call them.

• Write on your notes or take screenshots of the charges/invoice in case the customer asks you again.

• When you complete the job, take pictures with your phone so you can upload them to "Attachments" later.

• Take any notes about the performed job that you think could be of use for later.

These are some alternatives we believe can be useful. We know it's not the ideal situation but it's better to be prepared with a few creative solutions.
