With the new Kickserv mobile update (3.9.1), now you can view and edit on the app the custom fields for customers that you already created on the web platform.
Let's say you created these custom fields for customers:
Now, when you go to any of your customers' records on the mobile app and click on Additional Information, you will be able to visualize and edit your custom fields.
