We made it easier to enter employee phone numbers more accurately.
The Mobile phone field has been moved up higher in the employee settings screen, and it now checks as you type to make sure you've entered a valid phone number. It even adds the correct country code (see below). All this will help ensure that your employees receive their text notifications from Kickserv and get where they need to be throughout the workday.
Important for non-US businesses: For your numbers to be formatted correctly, make sure you have entered a country for your business address in Company Settings. Otherwise, existing employee numbers will default to US country codes, and you probably don't want that.
