There are many times that you are calling your customer or talking with them while on the job and you want to capture those notes *and* share them with the customer. This is good documentation and keeps the job more transparent.
Here's how:

Go to Settings Document Settings Invoice

Check [Show job notes]

3. Now, go to your job and add your notes to the Notes section of the job
4. And don't forget to check box to [Share this note with the customer in the Customer Center]

It's that easy!
