Ever have a client who no longer want's to receive your business' email or text reminders? Well there's a way to stop one or all notifications from going to that particular client. A client can be advised to log into their customer portal with their email address where an email will be sent to them with their login credentials. Once logged in, they will be presented with a screen showing their Jobs and Open Requests. At this page, your client will want to select the Cog Wheel in the upper right hand corner.
Once selected, your client can choose whether they want to turn off either ALL notifications, Email, or Text reminders.
Occasionally some customer will want you to change these settings for them. To do so, select that customer, the Overview Tab, and you'll see that customer's login link.
Copy that link, open a new tab, and paste that link within your browser. This will log you directly into that contact's portal and you can change their notifications for them using the settings gear in the top right corner.
