How to use Sources

Documenting the sources from which your clients are finding you is vital. With this information, you can identify the marketing sources that are bringing you the most customers. By measuring this data you can create an advertising plan, analyze the areas that you can improve, etc.

Kickserv offers you some sample sources when you create your account, but you can add new ones or modify the already created ones.

To go to Sources, click on Settings Customer Sources

To add a new source, click on Add a new customer source

And to modify a source, click on the little pencil icon at the end of each source row.

Note: Remember that these sources will be only for internal use unless you check the "Show this source on the Contact Form" box.
