How to locate your account id or sub-domain name

The web address to your Kickserv account is made of our "app.kickserv" internet domain name.  The dot com (.com) or top level domain. And your sub-domain name. This is also referred to as your account number and is made up of about 6 alpha-numeric characters that get generated when you create an account.
If your company has been with Kickserv for a few years, then your sub-domain name is probably your company's name all in lowercase letters and without any spaces. (e.g. The ABC co. would be 'theabcco'). 

You can locate your sub-domain name in a couple of ways:

• By opening the browser and using your bookmarks to navigate to the login page.  In the address bar of your browser it will show you the entire address (URL) and within it will be your sub-domain name.

• You can go to www.kickserv.com and click on Login
  
  

Insert your email address that is associated with your Kickserv profile and we will take you to your login page.

and lastly your sub-domain.
