the details of an event,
a copy of their estimate and invoice (If the box "Also send the customer a payment link by text message" is checked).
If for any reason one of your customers wants to opt out of text notifications, you can tell them how. ¡It's easy-peasy!
The only thing they need to do is to reply back the word "STOP" to the message received. Once they do it, they will receive a confirmation.
Once a customer request to stop text messages, Kickserv will automatically uncheck the "This is a mobile number and can receive text messages" and this little icon next to the phone number will appear:
If a customer wants to subscribe again, they just need to reply "START". Or, they can access notification settings from their customer center.
