Reactivate a customer

If you made a customer inactive but now you want it to be active again, the steps to do it are very simple.

What you need to do is:

• Activate the customer on QuickBooks first

  • Customer record Make Active

• Then, activate the customer on Kickserv

  • Customer record Edit contact Mark Active

And finally, to make sure it was reactivated properly, create an invoice, sync it and review it went back to QuickBooks.
