If you have the QuickBooks integration and want to know if it's possible to edit your contacts once you sync them, the answer is yes, it is possible.
When you integrate QuickBooks the default customer edit option is "Edit contacts in QuickBooks" but if you want to edit them in Kickserv you can also do it by changing this option.
The steps to do it are the following:

Go to Settings,

then click on Integrations,

select QuickBooks,

and check off the "Edit contacts in Kickserv" option.

By selecting this option the changes you make to contacts in Kickserv will be synced to QuickBooks and will override any changes made in QuickBooks.
You and your team have the possibility to decide how you want to manage your contacts. However, a Kickserv best practice is to leave the default option "Edit Contacts in QuickBooks" as this works better at a software level.
Remember to always consult with your admin before making the switch and/or contact Kickserv Support.
