If you are in any of the calendar views and you are wondering why you can't see an event, it's probably because the default time range of the calendar is from 6 am to 6 pm in your time zone and your event is out of this time frame. But worry not, you can easily change it.
The only thing you need to do is go to:
Planner Select the calendar view (Calendar, Dispatch or Resources) Click on the little clock icon at the top left besides the Day, Week or Month options and change it to your desired time range.
Note: The time ranges of the 3 calendar views function separately. If you modify one, the other two will stay the same unless you modify them too.
