From your Dashboard, you will find a section to view all Email activity:
From here, you can review all of the emails that have been sent from your Kickserv account. If you have any bounces or undelivered emails, the text will appear in red. You will see these indicators next to the log for those emails.
Use the wrench icon to fix the problem:
A hard bounce means often means that a past email to this recipient was marked as spam. The mail server will no longer allow emails to go to this address until the email address is reactivated. So, we give you the option to reactivate it when you click that wrench icon.
Some recipients may have additional spam filters or rules that further prevent your emails from getting received. This will mean that they need to allow the domain kickserv.com in order to receive further correspondence and documents from you. You will still want to reactivate the address as well.
