There are many benefits to having infinite logins and user profiles. It's especially handy if you want to send out text and email notifications to contractors, by assigning them to jobs without giving them login access to your Kickserv account.

Attach Estimates and Invoices
Kickserv has always provided a button (link) for your customers to view their Estimates and Invoices. Now, you can also choose to include these documents in your emails to customers as an attached PDF.
Additional Information Section on the Mobile App
Some of our "grandfathered" accounts did not get the latest Custom Fields update. They are now known as Forms and Fields and can be used to create customizable forms for each type of job. Current plans can also access from the mobile app, in the Additional Information section.
Live GPS Tracking (Premium Plan only)
This is an enhanced version of the check-ins on the map that you may be used to. In addition to showing where your technician was when they started a job or clocked in/out, this function allows you to always see where they are on the map, in real-time.

- Disable credit card payments for certain jobs (for example, you have a large ticket job and you don't want to incur the credit card bank fees)
There's more in the works, too! Our team is working on offering ACH payments through Stripe as well a financing tool through Klarna. Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the product logged in as the owner. You can also change to an annual subscription to lock in your current pricing for the billing cycle. If you choose an annual subscription, you can't switch back to monthly billing until the next annual billing cycle.
What if I am on promotional pricing?
If you were given an introductory coupon or price or grandfathered in, your price will be affected. The promotions or grandfathered offers were good for the subscription plan you originally signed up for, your rate will match the 2022 price and plan changes.
My subscription was canceled/expired and I'd like to resubscribe. Can I get the old pricing?
No. You'll need to resubscribe or email support@kickserv.com for the current market prices.
Can I download my data if I decide to cancel my subscription?
You can export reports into individual Excel files contained in a .csv format in one process.
