If you are adding a new job for a customer record and keep getting sent to a page that says "Uh Oh" this means there is something wrong with the customer record.
Go back to the customer and see if there is a red exclamation mark on it. Hovering over the icon will display the cause of the issue.
~keep scrolling down if you are connected to Quickbooks and can't edit the contact.
If you do not have a red exclamation icon next to the name then the issue is a bit more complex. Try editing the customer somehow. You will likely see an error similar to this one:

This means that one or more of your custom text fields contains too many characters. Depending on the info you have gathered for this field, you could choose to use the special instructions instead. Or, you can create a second field under this one to act as a continued field and split up the data.
Also, keep in mind you can use online character counters if that helps: https://wordcounter.net/character-count
Are you connected to Quickbooks and unable to edit the customer record? You can always edit the contact in QB and run the sync to get it updated in Kickserv.
Or, you can go to Settings and choose Integrations> Quickbooks. From here, you can change your setting to "make edits in Kickserv". You may not want to leave it that way forever so don't forget to go back and flip it once you're done fixing the customer record.
