There are many uses for our reminders feature.
Let's say you have a new Opportunity or Job and you want to set a reminder, whether that be about following up on the customer or reminding an employee of a job they are taking. Instead of setting a reminder on your phone or going old-fashioned and writing it on a sticky-note you can simply...
- select "Add Reminder" from the opportunity.
- select the date you want to be reminded
- type a simple description
- assign the reminder to a specific employee, or just to yourself!
Tip: You also have the option of assigning a reminder to multiple employees! Just select the green plus button next to the employee drop down menu under Assigned To.
